Nah. Its not like they dropped the old books. All the clone crap and Osborn stuff ruined Spidey for me and its hard to get back into that continuity. ULTIMATE made me a fan again.

Just one question. Is this the version that the cartoon series 'Spiderman Unlimited' is based on? It's been hard to get a good selection of comics here ever since Forbidden Planet closed down several years back.

I only just read ultimate on the website - i think its great - aside from the whole conspiracy thing against pp in the 1st place - doc oc never knew in the original, so i didnt like that bit - ive only read what the site offers, so i know no more, but i really like it. Is there a collected editions of the whole thing? and how far does it go?

As far as I know, Ultimate Spider-man is being currently published.
You can find the prints for the first 7 chapters on amazon or some other places (VERY GOOD I MUST SAY)
The other chapters of the series, I've only seen them on the web, but I'm pretty sure, they are also sold on the street, and the internet.
The last chapter (ISSUE 12 part 1: Battle Royal) was posted on the internet at the beggining of the month. I don't know were is the printed series now, but my guess is that it's a bit ahead from the one published on the net.
