I realize this is a bit late but I lost track of what was going on with the whole Peter Parker/Ben Reiley storyline.
What ever happened with the whole clone situation? Did Marvel give a complete answer? Which Spidey died back in ASM #150? Who has been 'playing' Spidey for the past two decades? Who is Spidey now? If the original Spidey (Ditko/Lee's Spidey) is back, what happened then to the clone? Scarlet Spider? And for that matter, the parents? (Was it ever made known that they were indeed the true parents or another clone ranger?)

HERE'S A QUICK RUN DOWN:
Aunt may was kidnapped by osborn and an actor infused with may's dna died in asm 400.
Peters parents really were dead...it was a scam by the chamelon.
Ben reilly died in peter parker #75 - norman osborn didnt die way back when.....instead he's been orchestrating the whole clone scam...the goblin and spider man (peter's the real one) rumbled and the result was that reilly was impaled by the goblins glider when he tried to save parker . reilly dissolved thus proving he was the clone.
the books have been re launched after peter hung up the webs and now he's back as amazing spider man.
