You should get or borrow a copy of 'Spider-Man: The Ultimate Guide', a DK book written by Tom DeFalco. It helped me a lot when I started re-reading the comics a few months ago. Try your local library, an Amazon site or www.dk.com .

Better hurry - you've got 40 years of catching up to do!
