Hmm, was it Palmer? I can't quite remember. I knew he had a different last name once, but I thought it was in the early ASM and that Parker was it during AF #15. Oh well, you learn something new everyday.

AFAIK it was originally Parker (in Amazing Fantasy #15), but he was called Palmer in Amazing Spider-Man #1. IIRC, he was not called Peter Palmer by any of the characters, only the narative. I don't think he was called Palmer in any other additions.
